It’s really easy to get wrapped up in fixing our minds on the negative side of our current circumstances and the social distancing advisory. While it is wise to be up-to-date and aware of the reality of COVID-19, dwelling on it is only going to heighten fear, stress and anxiety, which all contribute to compromised immunity.
Since we have been asked to avoid public places, I thought it might be helpful to share a list of ideas to make the most of your time at home. We move 100 mph most of the time anyway. Seeing this as an opportunity, to slow down and reset is going to be helpful not only for ourselves but also for those around us.
I hope you find these ideas helpful! I also hope it inspires you to choose a positive attitude and compassionate heart in the midst of this pandemic.
‘For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power love & sound mind.’ & Isaiah 26:3 ‘ You will keep in perfect peace those whose mind are steadfast because they trust in you, Lord.‘
